However, your participation is only guaranteed once we have received the course fee. We know that everyday life in the hospital can be unpredictable, so we are all the more pleased that you join us. As the organisation of the symposium is associated with high personnel and material costs, we ask for your understanding of the following regulation: Cancellations are free of charge up to 8 weeks before the course begins. For cancellations made between 8 and 4 weeks before the course, 50% of the participation fee will be retained.
