We know that everyday life in the hospital can be unpredictable, so we are all the more pleased that you join us. As the organisation of the symposium is associated with high personnel and material costs, we ask for your understanding of the following regulation:

If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of the course, we will charge 50% of the participation fee.

As the course starts at 07:30, we recommend an overnight stay from 23.09.2025.

The hotels in Cologne are already very busy during this period due to a trade show.
